I am deeply saddened to hear of Charlie’s passing, my heart felt sorrow and condolences to his family. Charlie and I were co-workers at Constellation Energy and worked on several outages and projects together. He was quite amusing and never let road blocks change his demeanor, he will be missed by all who knew him.
