From the first time Bruce and I met Charlie, he was always kind and caring. He supported me in whatever projects I was working on for the Legion Post and Auxiliary. He made himself available to me whenever needed, especially when Bruce was ill. He was a good friend and we shared good times together. My sympathies to his family and friends. He will be missed.
