Condolence From: Lou Baldi
Condolence: I am deeply saddened to hear of Charlie’s passing, my heart felt sorrow and condolences to his family. Charlie and I were co-workers at Constellation Energy and worked on several outages and projects together. He was quite amusing and never let road blocks change his demeanor, he will be missed by all who knew him.

Condolence From: Joyce and Henry Smearman
Condolence: Dear Lachelle and Stephanie.
Our thoughts, memories and prayers are with you. we have such cherished memories of knowing your Dad. Henry could not ask for a better friend than Charlie. They were buddies from junior high school thru graduation in 1961.
One day your Dad called Henry and asked "what you doing today?" Henry said "nothing" then Charlie said "do you want to join the U.S. Air Force with me?" So they did within 24 hours! Off they went for 4 years of service. they kept in touch and continued their friendship. Henry has so many fond memories of all the good times they shared. we were blessed to have known Charlie and your family and to call him "our forever friend"

Condolence: From the first time Bruce and I met Charlie, he was always kind and caring. He supported me in whatever projects I was working on for the Legion Post and Auxiliary. He made himself available to me whenever needed, especially when Bruce was ill. He was a good friend and we shared good times together. My sympathies to his family and friends. He will be missed.

Condolence: Life has changed forever . So unbelievably
sad that this gentle, kind , thoughtful and
fun man has been taken from us far to soon
We will cherish our times with him. Family
meals, that we were so lucky to be included
Our trip to HdeG football championship in
Annapolis, Costas, Christmas brunch at Mt.
Branch and we can't forget the legion.
Charlie will forever be "Night time Charlie"
to me,my guardian angel. The Legion is
now missing one of its great soldiers . It
will be so hard riding by the Legion in the
morning and not seeing Stanley and
Charlie in their usual seats. My love to
Chell, Pepi,Steffany,Greg and the rest of
the family. We will miss you terribly Charlie

Condolence From: Ray and Barb Fischer
Condolence: To Charlie's Family....What a great loss of a man who was a close family/friend to Ray and Barb and sons. He was just a "Fun" guy always concerned about how our kids were doing. We would go to Havre de Grace to have a few beers (a lot of beers)great time with him and plenty of laughs. We thought the world of Charlie, Ray was in his wedding with Sharon, also a great fun lady. Most of "our" gang were all married around the same time and we all had apartments in Charlesmont, Dunalk MD. We just are totally shocked of his death. He would talk about Sharon, love of his life and his daughters to
whom he had "bragging" rights and was so proud. Ray and Barb want to give our utmost, heartfelt sorrow for his family.
There really are no words to say. We will miss his laughter and his jokes. He also said what he meant and the stories he would tell were never ending. We always said to each other when the evening was over,,, see you guys next week and be careful and love you guys. He was truly a great funny happy guy......We will miss you friend........
