How I remembered Naomi

Years ago, when Alexa was a baby, Naomi was such a beautiful young lady.  My son Alec was very much in love with her.  I was in and out of fellowship with them because I did not know where they were or they were not at home.  At the age of 5, Alexa called me and asked me if I remembered her because I had brought things for their Christmas and Easter.  I told her never to forget my telephone number and she has kept in tough with me every since.  I attended the parent-teaching meetings, when there was a problem, the schools would contact me.  I attended their graduations.  I supported them spiritually, financially and lovingly as best as I could.  All of their foster mothers kept in close contact with me.  Alexa lived with me for two years and Antwan lived with me off and on when he felt like it. . I had opened an assisted living facility for she and her half sister, Mary.  They were in love and did not want to continue with the business.

Whenever, there was a situation Naomi could not handled, she would call me and I went running to her.  Naomi knew, I loved my grandchildren, they are a part of me eventhough my son Alec is dead but they live in him.  I will be there for them as long as I live.
