The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bernadine Vincenti can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The HdeG Golden Girls

Betty was Rose, Aunt Helen Languis was Blanche, Aunt Tillie Languis was Sophia and Paula Brinkman was Dorothy.  When someone we knew would pass away, I would get a call from Sophia to pick up the GG and go to the viewing and "Can we have dinner after the viewing?" Sophia would ask very shyly.

We would always go out for dinner after paying our respects.  We would toast the person who passed and I would say our secret toast and Rose (Betty) would always (without fail) say "Oh, aren't you awful".  So Dorothy would add "and God Forgive me".

Those memories have carried me for several years since Aunt Tillie's and Aunt Helen's passing and will continue to make me smile whenever I think of Betty which will be every day of the rest of my life.  She was the Golden Girl.
