Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Stephanie Anderson-Costa can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

First meeting

I was gathering advertising for my new "Lockhouse to Lighthouse" publication and Stephanie was standing on a ladder in her first location hanging a chandelier, I believe. I told her I'd come back, but she said, "No, no, I want to know more."

It was instant friendship. The more I spent time with her, the more I realized how well-read, creative, and brilliant this woman was. Add her ability to work hard, to always have a ready smile, to truly care about others and the community... well, what wasn't there to love!

Over the years we shared drinks, dreams and ideas. She loved music. And, of course, her food was sooooo very wonderful. I will miss her curry chicken salad sandwich! (and her meatloaf - our own joke!)

Life was not easy for Stephanie, but she always maintained grace throughout the years. She will most certainly be missed but she will always be someone I think about when I'm looking to do the right thing.

Missing you, Stephanie.
