Frank was a good man with a good heart and a lot of love for his family. He loved his nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Frank was an incredibly intelligent man whose wealth of knowledge was impressive. He and I used to trade barbs and enjoyed sarcastic humor with each other. I will miss "Unlce Frankie" dearly.
