Eva Blanche Ledman, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on August 8, 2018. She was 95.
Mrs. Ledman was born in Port Deposit, MD, to Charles S. Poist and Jessie B. Jackson Poist.
She was the devoted wife of the late John R. Ledman, loving mother of Daniel Ledman and his wife Sherry, of Havre de Grace, MD, and the late Beverly Parker. She was the grandmother of David Ledman of Perryville, MD, Chris Ledman of Piney Flats TN, Eric Taylor of Belcamp, MD, and Randy Parker of Darlington, MD, and great-grandmother of Christian Ledman, Caitlyn Saunders, Dalton Ledman, Blake Ledman, and Aiden Ledman. Mrs. Ledman was predeceased by her siblings Wilber, Violet, Nellie and Margarete.
Mrs. Ledman loved being with her family and taking care of her home and tending to her flowers and plants. She also enjoyed yard sales.
A viewing will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018, from 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Father Dale Picarella will officiate. Interment will be held at Mt. Erin Cemetery.
