I cannot imagine the pain in your hearts right now...My sincere condolences go to you on the loss of Nathan. Please know that that God cares about you and "is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit", (Psalm 34:18) He knows your pain, and promises that there will be a resurrection so we can see and hold those we have lost again (John 5:28,29). My deepest sympathies to Celeste, the kids, and the whole family.

Although we did not know Mr.Flynn, we offer our deepest sympathy during your hour of bereavement. Mr. Flynn risked his life to save others. No doubt our heavenly father will continue to look after your family during your hour of bereavement. May you find comfort in His promise to heal your broken heart at Ps.34:18.

There is no better comfort to any of us than knowing that Nathan loved life so much to put others' above his. Sharing the gift of giving everything he believed in to save others. I am praying for all his family and friends, those he saved and those whose life was touched one way or another by his spirit, that they all find comfort in beautiful memories shared on Earth with him. His body may be no longer here but his spirit will always be as long as we keep him close to our heart.
Sincere and deepest condolences from a Coast Guard veteran!

I wanted to pass on my deepest condolences to the Flynn family in the loss of Nathan. I pray the comfort of God will carry you through this trying time. We thank him for his valor to willingly enter into danger. May the words of Psalms 147:3 give you solace, "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds."

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Nathan. I pray that you find comfort in each other and in God during this most difficult time.

I work closely with Nathan's father Tom, a good friend and better man, who always spoke highly of his son. From what I have read, Nathan was a remarkable human being and his loss will be felt by many. His example is one we should all aspire to follow. God bless you all.
