Shirley M. Laing, 91, passed away July 4, 2018 in Millsboro, DE.

Born in Everett, MA on April 28, 1927, Shirley was the daughter of the late Hubert and Mary Ada Holland Laing. Most recently she was employed as a secretary for Fidelity Investments and also worked during her lifetime as a librarian and in the Order Department of Tooth Factory. She enjoyed reading, BINGO, computer games and going out to lunch with family and friends. Shirley was also a “history buff”, and especially enjoyed reading and discussing World War II and the Great Depression.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Services honoring her life will be held on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078 with a visitation one hour prior.
