Sara E. Vesper of Havre de Grace, MD passed away on March 30, 2018 at the Lorien at Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the devoted wife of the late Carmen Vesper.
Mrs. Vesper was born in Williamsport, PA to the late Harry and Grace (Minnier) Montgomery. She was the beloved mother of Alanda Sutor and her late husband Marvin, Elaine Pierce and her husband Robert, Jenett Ebright and her husband Russell, Carmen Cunningham and her husband Frank and her son the late Carmen A. Vesper, Jr. She was the adoring grandmother to Robert Pierce, Jr., Denise McGonigle, Rachel, Rebecca and Robin Ebright, Natalie and Valerie Cunningham and Christina Sutor-Dallis. She was the loving great-grandmother of Ethan Dallis, Krystal McGonigle, Heather Pierce, Shyanna, Logan, Kira and Caiden Pierce, Tyler Armold, Nena Tocci, Dominick Rice, Airiana White, Cole Campbell, Carmen Gamatoria and was predeceased by Dylan, Jaxon and Gabriel Pierce. She was the great-great grandmother to Angel Ocompo, Sylena and Yazmeen Castaneda and Wakeen. She was the loving sister to Jack DeSutter, Carl, Grant, Doug and LaMont Montgomery, Marge DeSutter, Anges, Betty, Miriam and Helen Montgomery.

Mrs. Vesper loved sewing, crocheting and reading. She enjoyed playing card games, checker and BINGO.
A viewing will be held on April 6, 2018 from 12 PM to 2 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Where a funeral service will be held at 2 PM.
Officiating will be Pastor Norman Obenshain.
Interment will be at Angel Hill Cemetery.
