Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Clarence Standiford can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I just wanted to let the family know that Austin was a schoolmate and friend who I will miss and to extend my condolences. He was a gentle soul who always had a kind word and a smile to match. As we got older it seemed we only saw one another at ball games at Stancil. We always shook hands and greeted each other with a smile. I pray that God will comfort the family.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to the entire Standiford family. Austin was a good man and a true childhood friend. My best memory was of him teaching me how to play baseball left handed using his glove. Austin will be missed.

Condolence: Ruth & girls, you are all in my thoughts and prayers as a result of Austin's passing. You have my deepest condolences.

Austin will always be remembered by me as a man who was attracted to challenges, demonstrated his innovative mind (which he called "Hillbilly Engineering"), and personally fabricated hardware to eliminate the challenges while maintaining a cool head and his always positive and cheery attitude.

Austin, you're now pain-free and amongst family and friends who would love to hear some of your stories. :-) We'll miss you, friend!
