Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Lay can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Janet and Keith, I will miss your father so much, his hugs, his laugh, and just the wonderful person he was. We grew up together as family. The trips we took, spending holidays and every Easter together as kids (and our moms dressing us alike and your mom cutting my hair), it just won't be the same not seeing him out and about. I know he is with Petey and they are happy being together again. I miss them both. Love you guys..Donald and Petey were and always will be special people in my heart.

Condolence: It was indeed an honor and pleasure to know Mr. Lay. I'll cherish the memories of being his pew buddy at church along with Mr. Nobel. I would need to remind him "did he have his keys" before leaving each Sunday. I will truly miss him. Knowing he is with his beloved wife, Mrs. Petey, there'll both with our God and are young and full of life again! Dear Janet, I will miss your father very much !!! My deepest condolences go to you and your family.

Condolence: Dearest Janet, Keith and All In The Family, I am so sorry to hear of Donald’s passing. Even though he is not here on earth with us now...does not mean he will be forgotten! His laugh will always be remembered! He was so very proud of his family and always had a story to tell. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him and if there is any comfort to be had.....He is now with his beautiful wife, which they always had so much fun together! May God grant you peace and may each of you know, how much others care! Reaching out to each of you with my thoughts and prayers. With hugs, Bertie Combs

Condolence: It was an honor and a privilege to call Mr. Donald my grandfather. From young memories of spending the night and having coffee ice cream to being older and having a cold beer. He will be missed and loved always and remembered as what a grandfather should be a gentleman and role model.

Love,
Joey
