Anna Mae  Coakley (Fagg)
Anna Mae (Fagg) Coakley of Havre de Grace, MD passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 4, 2016. She was the loving wife of the late Raymond E. Coakley.

Mrs. Coakley was born in Matoaka, West Virginia to the late John H. Harrison and Alma Jane (Surface) Fagg.

Mrs. Coakley had worked for the C&P Telephone Company, which became Verizon as a Telephone Operator before her retirement. She was a member of the Pioneers Telephone of America and the Havre de Grace United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Coakley was the beloved mother of Cindy Grove and her late husband Lee, Rayma McRoberts and her husband Randy, the late Venira Lee Hurst. She is survived by her dear Daughter-in-Law Eddy Ann Hurst. She was the adoring grandmother of Shawn, Brian and Scott Hurst, Randy Wheeler, Christina Warholic, Eric and Annelise Beer. She was the Great-Grandmother of fifteen and Great-Great Grandmother of four. Mrs. Coakley was the last surviving of her eleven brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Shawn, Brian and Scott Hurst, Eric Beer, Joshua Hurst and Triston Grove. Honorary Pallbearers are David and Bryan Newsome and Evan Hurst.


A Viewing will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 10 A.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A.

Pastor Norman Obenshain of the Havre de Grace United Methodist Church will be officiating.

Interment will be at the Angel Hill Cemetery.
