Obituary for George Washington Eason Jr.




George Washington Eason, Jr. passed away on January 12, 2016 at his home in Aberdeen, Maryland. He was 68. He was the husband of the late Sharon L. Eason.

Mr. Eason was born in Giessen, Germany to the late George W. Eason, Sr. and Mary Lou (Jernigan) Eason.

He was the devoted father to David Eason and his fiance Randi Laye. He is survived by his brother Haywood “Lonnie” Eason and his sister Juanita Muncie.

Mr. Eason had retired after more than 37 years working for the Federal Government as an Ammunition Specialist at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was an avid bowler, a member of the United State Bowling Congress and was a certified lane inspector. He also held membership with the NRA. He enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 30, 2016, at 6:00 PM, at Harford Lanes, 20 Custis Street, Aberdeen, MD, 21001
